Here is how you check your credit balance on your Telkom line by dialling *131#

  1. Open your phone dialer and dial *131#
  2. Press call
  3. You will see your Telkom credit balance shown on the screen.

 




Check Telkom balance by dialling *544#

  1. Open your phone dialer.
  2. Dial *544# on your Telkom line.
  3. Select option ‘NEXT’ option 98
  4. Next, choose ‘Check data Balance’ Option 13
  5. You will receive your balance on screen for credit, data bundles and ziada points.

Using myTelkom app to check balance

  2. On the home page, you will see your available credit balance and the date it will expire.

  1. Dial *544# on your Telkom line.
  2. Select option ‘NEXT’ option 98
  3. Next, choose ‘Check data Balance’ Option 13
  4. You will receive your balance on screen for credit, data bundles and ziada points.

If you need to check the data balance on your Telkom router, follow the below steps.

Note: Make sure you have the number for your router.
