Safaricom Platinum is a service offered by safaricom ltd (SCOM). It is based on a monthly plan model, where a subscriber buys one of this plans and gets a certain amount of data, voice and SMS. This platinum monthly bundles have also added whatsapp service to the mix.

STEPS TO CHECK YOUR SAFARICOM PLATINUM BALANCE:
- First, you will need to install mySafaricom app from the google play-store. You can learn how to do that by clicking here.
- Next, make sure your data is turned on.
- Now, open the mySafaricom app on your mobile phone.
- Log in to the mySafaricom app. If you don’t have a mySafaricom account, register for one and log in.
- once you have logged in, check the top left of your mySafaricom app, just below your name. The balance information will be located there.
