During this maintenance window, services such as Lipa Na M-PESA paybill, buyGoods, International Money Transfers, M-PESA super app, and Pinless Top Ups will be temporarily unavailable. This is to ensure that Safaricom’s network infrastructure is running at optimal levels and to enhance the overall user experience for its customers.

It’s important to note that while the maintenance is expected to last for only 30 minutes, it could extend beyond the scheduled time if unforeseen circumstances arise. Safaricom has assured its customers that it will work diligently to minimize any inconvenience caused by the maintenance.

If you’re a Safaricom customer who uses any of the affected services, it’s recommended that you plan accordingly and make any necessary transactions before or after the maintenance window. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact Safaricom’s customer care team for assistance.

In conclusion, while the planned network maintenance may cause temporary inconveniences, it’s a necessary step for Safaricom to ensure that its services are operating at peak efficiency. Stay tuned for further updates and information regarding the maintenance, and as always, thank you for choosing Safaricom as your telecommunications provider.
